Thru contacting Adobe, I found that you can legally buy used adobe software. The seller must deactivate the product, but it can be done. Upon looking for used Adobe software I found http://www.greatescapestores.com/ where they were offering used Adobe software right along side new. I assumed it was legal since you were buying thru paypal.

When I got my software in the mail...it was a joke. No only was it pirated...they didn't even try to pretend like it wasn't. Homemade labels on the discs, homemade cover in the cases, and a note of which of the 3 serials "should" work. Also a note saying "Do NOT open up a CS4 program after installation is finished. Use Activation disc immediately after.

Once I found out it was pirated, I tried every way to contact them and get my money back. They refused to respond. Likewise, PayPal refused to do anything either. So don't think that just because you buy from Paypal you are protected...you are not.
