On Jan 5, 2007, I responded to initial offer totalling $110. George Ybanez called back couple of days later with offer for "Platinum" Upgrade at a cost of $2,985. I "talked him down" to $500 which would give me a communication package which included my own .net domain, a guarantee of 9,000 "targetted" annual visitors, increased residuals, and additional bonuses. Richard ext 132 promised to submit an internet classified ad every 2 weeks at a cost of $9.95 per month billed by Vision One, LLC.
Jan 8th, Thomas Jones (Lyons) @ 877-250-5451 said it takes 48 hours to get website working. Called Thomas on 1-10-2007 said having technical difficulties with website. Jan 11th per Thomas, will be working by end of business day.
Jan 12th domain still not working. Called Thomas was given 800- 544-8482. Also called 877-770-8761 as referenced by non-working website. No one understood why website not working. Also attempted to call Don Lapre @ 888-710-3849--no such number.
Still on Jan 12th, called Phyllis in customer service ar 800-544-8482 given refund reference number of RMA- totaling $610.00. Said will take about 1-2 statement cycles for refund. Would have a manager return my call by end of business day. No one called!
Jan 18th, John Golf (Manager of Technical Support) 866-258-6602 called to see how I was enjoying my new website!? I advised him of my problems and my request for refund. Said will refer to ANOTHER manager who handles this specific complaint.
John called back and said a "return" label was mailed out Jan 17, 2007. When original package was received, a refund would be processed.
Jan 23, 2007 returned original package by "certified return receipt" mail. Received receipt Feb 10th. Signed by J Anshutz on Jan 25, 2007.
In the meantime, two (2) other companies have billed my debit card for something that I did NOT ask for- Easy Saver and American Leisure(both operating out of Maryland). They bill an ADDITIONAL $14.95 PER MONTH EACH! This has billed monthly since January!
My credit union has cancelled my debit card because it is OBVIOUS that Greatest Vitamin operates under several different names AND has no intention of doing "good" business with the public.
April 3, 2007 spoke with Ashley in customer service (800-544-8482). Says wait until May statement, another month!
April 16, 2007, I filed a complaint with Arizona Better Business Bureau. My credit union is filing a complaint with the Tennessee BBB, the Tennessee States Attorney General, Arizona States Attorney General, and the Maryland State Attorney General's Offices!
Will update if and when settled.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM GREATEST VITAMIN
AUTHOR: Acqua - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, May 07, 2007
I filed a complaint with Arizona BBB and Arizona State's Attorney General's office on April 16, 2007. Jay Nettles 1-800-544-8482 ext 117, a representative from Greatest Vitamin called me on April 23rd. Credit issued on April 24th. Received in my account about one week later! (Probably would have been sooner, but I had cancelled my debit card so transaction was slowed down a bit). Remember, however, from my original post, a refund was promised to be in my account in 1-2 billing cycles. Greatest Vitamin sat on my refund and did not take action until I filed complaints with BBB AND State's Attorney General nearly 3 months later!
Donna 1-977-844-9554 ext 4363, from American Leisure/Easy Saver called on May 3, 2007 and promised FULL refund. Said will take 5-10 business days. Still waiting but if not received, will file with both agencies in Pennsylvania.
Have not heard from Vision One yet, but I know how to deal with them also!
A.
