Ordered airline tickets online. Requested rebate for ordering online. There has been a charge on my credit card from "TLG*Greatfun since June.

I have tried calling their number, 800-285-5903 several times. Always get message "all lines are busy. Try your call again later".

I'd like this charge removed from my credit card.
