TLG Greatfun have try to cancel the first time in Febuary and am still getting charged have called back in March and still got charged $16.99 for the last 2 months . Internet

Believe to have started in December on a trial bases . Have tried to cancel and the charges are still on my bank statement . Have been getting charged $16.99 a month for nothing never seen anything for the charge. I called in Feburuary to cancel and was told it was canceled but was still charged and tried to cancel again did get a conformation # but was told the 2nd time I called it was a different company . Just noticed a charge for March and tried to call and got a fax number .Please help.
