You are very fortunate that you received exactly
what you expected to get. If you have a puppy I wish you well in the future health and the temperment of your Dane. Do not be shocked if your Dane turns out to be nothing like you expected. Do not be surprised in with in a year you encounter vet bills that are greater than you ever imagined.

If you have read all of the reports on this breeder, listened to the KING 5 report and still believe that she is a wonderful breeder than you are certainly entitled to your opinion. Also research the PIERCE County Washington civil suit log and you will see many listings pertaining to this breeder.

If you still believe that she is ethical-what can I say! I didn't win a judgement against her because I was wrong about her unethical business practices. The references you got a the few that are still in the relm of friends that she has. She has many alias and phone numbers you probably talked to her as Tia, Bernadette,Ms Beyer or another one of her lies.

The reports I read about Greatsinger Danes seem to be nothing more than a big misunderstanding between the two outfits. I was in contact with
Greatsinger dane thru e-mail and phone before during and after my purchase of a Great Dane puppy. Everything happened as we agreed and I have in my possesion the most wonderful fully registered puppy one could ask for. Jackie Vohs treated me with full respect and I am a satisfied customer.

Also I am a Canadian, in Alberta and I recieved my puppy by air. If she was a little bedraggled it was the airline's fault because they did not feed her the over 24 hour period it took to get her here. The food package that Jackie sent was taped to the kennel untouched. Jackie is a very caring breeder as far as I can tell and I also got evidence of that from past puppy buyers of her pups, before I purchased hers.

Jacki stated that I received a vet certification. Is my certification valid? Did the vet listed on the certification actually sign the paperwork? I never called to check on that as it never occured to me 2 years ago that they may be a forgery. I understand that there are others who have received dogs from Jacki that the vet certifications were forged/or should I say the vet doesn't recall ever seeing the pups. This woman is a real scammer and the truth speaks volumes. Kim feldman puppy had a state health certificate from a veterinarian just before travel to her location, the puppy checked out perfectly healthy. This woman is obviously just trying to further her personal vendetta. But the facts remain, If you read all her bantings, then look at the proof of all the beautiful healthy puppies that greatsingers produce. these reports are from a handfull of ladies upset about registration from AKC that they where never promised. AKC do not have any interest in what these ladies have stated, Greatsinger Danes do offer AKC registered puppies as well, but to make clear this lady was never offered AKC registration, nor can prove she was. This woman is just interested in money which she will never recieve.

Jackie get the laws straight, real simple harrasment is when a person is taunting you or impedeing on your life. Making the public aware talking amognst themselves on chat rooms this is not harrasment. Slander this is when someone states false acusations or writes false words. You understand they are lies you can relate. Then you wite that they have a false judgement against you. How dumb are you to even admit there is a judgement. I guess the judge is harrassing you not that he looked at all the evidence and put the law to work. Your web site shows old puppies and dogs that you don't even have. It doesn't surprise me that Jacki stated that I did not pay her for my dane. The facts are as follows: I purchased a Blue male Great Dane from Greatsinger Danes. I was told that the male I purchased was AKC registered. I paid "MidnightJax" through paypal a total of $1200. I had previously sent Jacki Greatsinger a $200.00 money order for the deposit. Jacki received from me a total of $1400. Jacki made the flight arrangements for my puppy. She schedule a flight for him that required prepayment on the booking end. I told Jacki that the flight she had selected was not good for me that I could not be at the airport the time the pup was to arrive. That didn't concern her. She kept him on that flight and she paid the $280.41 shipping fee. I agreed to send her the money. This conversation occured on Friday, the pup arrived Saturday pm and my intention was to send her the shipping money on Monday. It was very late Saturday night when I arrived at the Harrisburg Airport to get my pup. It was after 2:00am when I finally arrived home. He was not in great shape. He was covered in infected puppy acne and very lathergic. He weighed 13 pounds. His testicles were not desended. I was very upset at his condition. We got settled in at home and went to sleep. At 9:00am Sunday morning my phone started ringing. It was Jacki-her time would have been 6:oo am -she left a message on my machine demanding the shipping payment be sent to her via paypal with an extra % added on to cover her costs. She was screaming into my answering machine--red flags went up and the battle began. I looked through the papers on the crate-no AKC papers- I reread the website,copied the advertising and looked through my paperwork that she had sent along with the crate.--No AKC papers--I told Jacki that I would send her her shipping $ when I got my AKC papers. I called the AKC on Monday to learn that the littered had not been registered.I sent Jacki and Murray Greatsinger a certified letter that stated the shipping funds would be held in escrow and would be released to her when my AKC papers arrived for the dog.

I did not meet Shelley Newman through a chat room. I investigated Jacki Greatsinger and her male dog Romeo through various searches on the internet. I tracked Romeo to his original breeder. Amazing huh-well from there I met Shelley and this amazing story has unfold. Divine intervention I would like to say. Jacki Greatsinger was already involved in a problem with the Newman's. She knew there were problems with the offspring of the breeding of Romeo and Juliet but she bred them again with no regards to the previous sitution.

My Dane is not healthy, nor has ever been . He is alive unlike the other danes in our successful lawsuit.

Jacki Greatsinger, Bernadette Vohs, Jacki Beyer, Bernadette Beyer and the list goes on can collect her shipping funds from me when she provides my Danes AKC registration.

Buyer beware-her latest scam involving Saints seems to also question AKC registrations- You tell me how so many people could misunderstand something so simple. Why would Saint buyers be upset about not receiving a AKC registerd Saint if they didn't think that they would? How could so many be confused and Jacki or one of her several alias be so right?

Kim purchased a Blue great dane from us almost two years ago, along the same time as Shelly Newman (another report on here) These ladies along with others met in a chat room. It has been harrassment ever since. Kim was NEVER promised an AKC registration, just like shelly newman, They can not show any contract promising an AKC registration. Kim is using the registration for not even finishing paying on this puppy, who is healthy. These ladies went as far as getting judgements for outrageous amounts of money totalling over 80,000.
To clarify things we do not sell land we only have 1 female saint bernard and two babies we are raising. And our great danes are healthy and beautiful . It is hard to keep everyone happy. we do stand by our guarantees. which is listed on the web site.
It is very easy to make a fraudulant claim against someone to make them look badly, which a handfull of people are doing a good job in doing so. But look at the web site and you can see for yourself that we raise beautiful healthy great danes and are very proud of them.
