 I am forming a Class Action Lawsuit Against Quality Truck Leasing in Indianapolis, IN and Greatwide Truckload Management in Langhorne, PA ( which includes subsidiaries in Dallas and Tennessee. I am searching former Quality Truck Leasing Operators who did a "Lease Purchase" with Greatwide Truckload Management or leased a truck on with one of the subsidiary agencies. The formulation of the Class Action is based on Lease Purchase Operators (1) not receiving at least 33% of the 75% load settlement; (2) all the deductions i.e. Comdata Fuel Card, Commercial Liability Insurance, etc. with the exception of the truck lease from Quality is in the Agency/Carrier name; the Lease Purchase Operator did not receive a direct deposit into his or her personal bank account or personal debit or prepaid card; and if you operated a leased truck for two or more weeks with a negative net earnings due to Qualuty Truck Leasing deductions and Greatwide Truckload Management deductions, you are encouraged to join the Class Action Lawsuit. *ClassActionLLP website is currently under construction.
