I was in a auto accident and the trooper who came worte me a ticket for careless driving causing bodily injury no on was injured we both went in to get checked no injury. the d.a. said no deal(my record is good going back 10 years) do 30 days monitoring and 1 year probation. This will cause me to loose my job and noone cares I have a family and kids no drugs or booze involed on my way to work and light changed I pressed my brakes and they locked up 147 feet of skid before I hit person in front of me he said he was not hurt. I got lawyer and gettting statement from him to show d.a. (every lawyer up in greeley said this guy came from arapahoe county and wants to go to the senate (over my dead body)
This was a simple accident and this guy is a n**i. I know of people that do real crimes and get less time .
dont go to greeley unless you have a lot of time and money.
