Most of complains including huge overcharges, misleading, cheating, exorbitant fees, missing or damaged items. This company easily changed the name to Green Buffalo Moving in 2009 without even changing physical address in Reseda, CA. Have the same president and even federal DOT license still the same.

Complainants allege pricing disputes concerning total costs of services, exorbitant fees for packing material charges, or that the company fails to file insurance claims for missing or damaged items. In other cases, the company fails to refund deposits, show up for scheduled appointments, or provide promised discounts. A few complainants allege delays in receiving deliveries. The company responds to complaints by explaining that customers are informed of the cost of packing materials in advance and that these fees are in addition to the estimated price for the move.
