Green Craftsman Designs defrauded me out of $1,000 Essex Vermont

I Made a $1k down payment on order that was to take 90 days.   They never started the order or made any contact after that.  That was ONE YEAR ago.  They still have my $1,000.   I have made at least 50-100 contacts be either email or phone with them.  They don't respond to emails.  On the phone they are so super nice and promise someone will get back to me within one day.  Other times they promised the check would be cut  on such and such date.  The check is never printed.  Nobody ever calls back.  I have asked to speak to a manager but they say they are not available.  I have asked for the name of the owner the customer service person says they don't know the name of the owner.   They are a real company, they just have zero ethics.
