Green Garcinia Pro Trial size offered at just $4.99 S&H then you get charged $89.97.
Vencleanse Trial size offered at $4.95 S&H then you get charged $79.95. If you do not respond by some mystical date (long before material is received) you will incur additional charges ($89.97 and $79.95 for the original 'trial size') and subsequent shipments whether the shipment is received or not in a timely manner. Shipments seem to arrive about 2 -4 weeks after you are charged.
Discussions with these folks prove to be fruitless. They will offer to return far less than 1/2 of what is paid (the trial size only). They will also not consider any refund for any shipment after the trial size. There is no obvious forwarning that these "automatic" shipments and associted charges will occur.
The following are the contact phone numbers are 888-915-2767 or 888-548-6661 or 888-505-1080 (some work sometimes) that I have identified. Talking with these folks is far less than pleasant - difficult to understand and full of rhetoric - asking for a manager will get the following reply, "he is in a meeting, I cannot disturb him or I will be fired". It is interesting to note, in one sentence it was "he" and in the next it was "she".
Contact names associated with this company are Joselle Herrera and Kenneth Alegado - the return email address is through zendesk at "support@tone.zendesk.com". Note a "file" number may be required ????
The website provided is "http://tone.zendesk.com/requests/". This of course requires a user name and password - again none are provided unless you choose to "sign up". As previously stated this company and it's products are a scam - be careful of what you do.
By the now - this was recommended (probably fraudulently) by Dr. Oz on one of his shows. The company name appears to be "Green Diet | Cleanse Support" - at least that is where the web address leads you.
One last note - they claim that they are "committed to your satisfaction..." I sort of do not buy into that.
