Corporation I bought a walmart visa debit moneycard from walmart in Wynne,Arkansas so I could watch netflix on my tablet.I have had this for some time and have not had any trouble with it.My husband needed parts for his truck so he goes to walmart and buys a visa debit card from walmart in Wynne,Arkansaas and orders parts for his truck,no problem he got his parts and got his truck back on the road.Pasadna California

I went to walmart in my home town and bought a walmartmoneycard it was a vsa debit card so I could use it to watch netflix on my tablet.I had no problem with this.My husband needed parts for his truck so he went to walmart and purchased a walmart and purchased a walmartmoneycard Visa debit and ordered his parts no problem. He got his walmart visa debit card in the mail with his name on it and was given a number to call to activate his new card and was told that his card had been blocked.So I called to get the balance on my card and was told that my card had been blocked.His card had nothing to do with my card.We have called on the 18th of October and was told these cards were blocked and they had no more information for us.We went to walmart and the service manager called and she was told to fax a copy of our drivers license to them which she did.We called again on the 28th of October and our cards are still blocked.we were told to send to send a copy of our drivers license in the mail which we have done. We still have not got an answer as to why these cards are blocked.We have called every number we have been given and the only answer we get is "thee cards have been blocked.We have no further information for you.Thank you and good bye."Someone out there knows how to un block these cards so we can get our money.We need our money as much as the next person.Thank you for trying to help us get it back.
