Green Dot Money Pak does not have a LIVE support phone number to cancel cards, when compromised, to stop transfer of funds. As a resulted, I have lost $2250.00 in funds from (5) individual cards.

I did contact the number your website provides: I went to MONEYPAK.COM and clicked on CUSTOMER SUPPORT/HELP. Both SITES gave a number of: 1-818-850-7846; so i trusted this and went through the steps to find out it was of NO HELP!!!! I continued looking for a number to live support and foiund one: called; HOPING TO CANCEL TE CARDS, to protect my funds; and as treated very "R." "U." "D." "E." "L." "Y." and told to submit an email and "qoute;un-quote"....

""EITHER SUBMIT AN EMAIL AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH-IN 10AYS, or EXCEPT THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK." I stated the money will have been pulled from the cards by then; and the represenative stated; TO BAD; SUCK IT UP, AND HUNG UP...!!!!! tried calling back and it IMMEDIATELY WENT to a busy signal.

My experience with GREEN DOT MONEY PAK/ONEY PAK has prompted me to email every SITE, BETTER BUSINESS, IC3.GOV, and numerous other AREA/SITES; to NEVER, NEVER, NEVER PURCHASE "A,N,Y." GREEN DOT MONEY PAK/MONEY PAK PRODUCT because they are SCAMMES and you will recieve NOHING EVER except being RIPPED-OFF as I was of $2250.00.

If anyone else asks for your MoneyPak number or information from your receipt, it’s probably a scam. Don’t give your MoneyPak number to pay for something you buy through the classifieds or to collect a prize or sweepstakes. Do not give away your receipt information to another party either. If you give your MoneyPak number or information about the purchase transaction to a criminal, Green Dot is not responsible for paying you back. Your MoneyPak is not a bank account. The funds are not insured against loss. We place warnings on the package and on our website. You should make sure to only use MoneyPak with approved partners.
