Green Energy Home Improvement Richard Bayer, Owner I Believe The Owner Has Violated All & Deadly Sins Internet, Massachusetts

I visited a BJ's Wholesale in my town and had work done by their contractor, Green Energy Home Improvement.  The salesperson was great and everything was right on as promised until the job was started.

We were promised the job would be finished in 1 day.  It was  basic attic insulation and another energy saving product.  The young men doing the job were friendly, personable, and answered all questions I had.  The job was halfway done when the owner showed up.

His name was Rich and things suddenly went downhill fast.  He was outside by their truck and he was abusive and belittling to these workers.  I had no idea who he was at that time.  It was 10 degrees out and this 'owner' was wearing 'shorts' and no coat.  My husband and I thought this strange but no problem.

Rich then ringed our doorbell and introduced himself as the President of Green Energy.  He was obviously under the influence of alcohol, reeking of booze and cigars.  After speaking with this owner for 5 minutes my husband and I believed we had made a mistake in hiring this company.  This man was arrogant, a slob, a sloth, and his attempts at humor did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable.  He then went on a 3 minute rant bragging about his business acumen, his status in the industry, and his part time job as a radio personality.

He then went back outside and my husband who was in the garage overheard him again putting down the workers and he got in his car and left.  The workers then threw everything in the truck and left our house without finishing the job.  It was numerous phone calls and 3 days later that the job was actually finished.

FAST FORWARD THREE WEEKS!!!!

Myself and my family were leaving the Olive Garden Restaurant in Stoughton.  My daughter yelled out 'whats that man doing???""  To our shock and disgust, between the two cars in front of us, was the same man, the owner of this company, URINATING between two cars dressed the same way, in shorts and a t-shirt only this time it was a balmy 20 degrees out.

Our first reaction was to call the police.  This disgrace of a man was within 100 feet of a restaurant and a rest room and was urinating in the parking lot and witnessed by our 6 year old daughter.

I would not recommend this company to my enemy.  The job was finally finished but what transpired makes us wish we never met with this company.
