I worked for Green Energy Team as an appointment setter and they did not pay me for the appointments I set. I kept the physical papers showing how many appointments I set and most of them magically disapeared on the computer. I presented my evidence of how many appointments I set understanding that not all of them would go threw by chance. But after they suposidly couldn't find my check to then say they didn't have it I again told them to pull it up on the computer as I had already insisted for them to do reguardless of if I had or hadn't seen my check and reguardless of the size. I showed them the appointments again and a lot of the appointments were missing. Some of them showed up on the computer as canceled appointments and some of them showed up as door kills, however some did not show up at all. They're excuse at first was that the ones not pulling up on they're computers must have been cenceled appointments. But if I just saw that some of these were showing up as canceled appointments and door kills then why wouldn't the others show up as canceled appointments or as door kills as well? I explained this to the guy. He then said I was supoded to keep track of my appointments. I said I did. Thats why I have the documents of the appointments being set and why I keeped consistantley trying to get updates everyday after my shift. Thats also the only reason were are able to look at the ones that are still on the computer. All this after I presented 9 documents for 9 appointments. All this after most of my appointments were next day appointments. All this after so much talk about how much better they are than companies who let they're sales people down. All that after I said "don't wast my time" and after the same person ask the same back from me. All that after I delivered on my end and didn't get the same in return. My time was wasted by yet another employer in Florida who will only screw you to your face or behind you back nomatter how you go about telling them how done  I am with any company who tries sleazy things like holding back on what was agreed. No matter how assertive I am they can't just say the sccrewed me. 

I've been in the sales game in Florida for quite some time now and I will put some advice out there. Don't ever work somewhere with all new employees or anywhere most of the employees are new. There is a really good reason that cheapskate companies do that. They will always take advantage of the some people aren't cut of for this bs because they know there is truth to that in all sales jobs which makes it hard to agrue if you don''t have the right questions to ask and statements to make. However, some people will lie and tell half lies no matter what you say or how you say it. Some people will lie even while you ask "you are a man of your word, right?" and look you dead in the eye while shaking your hand and doing so with no shame what so ever.
