Green Line Relocation and Systems American Relocation LLC Hiding fees, ripping off, harassing, threatening and ruining stuff Baltimore Maryland

In September 2016, Green Line Relocation and Systems (or you can call them American Relocation Moving Company, cause they arrived in old red straight truck with American Relocation LOGO on it) picked up my items to be moved from MD to our storage location in MD as well. 

Here is a story:

Me and my roomie decided to use professional movers this time, instead of strangers from Craigslist ... - "It would cost us extra $400-$500 dollars to move our two bedroom apartment in Reisterstown if we use them" told my roommate. - "   It is fine. I will cover" - I said ... It is better this way, cause we are going to travel cross country for 4 weeks or more we did not decide yet how long it would be. So temporally storage is the good option for us meanwhile. 

  The guys who were sent for our move taped my antique wood furniture/drawers shut. And I thought to myself wow that's cool that is so amazing -  they must have tape that doesn't ruin/peel off wood finish. Our furniture went straight into storage. My friend and I just accessed our storage unit after 1 week to get travel bags. and all of my wood furniture is ruined because of the tape they used. Vasyl, Zico and Il'hum from Uzbekistan simply hided that fact from us.

At the beginning they were very nice, and very inexperienced. i have terrible spatial sense and somehow these guys have it even worse. They also confused the 2 piles so most of my stuff that I wanted to keep went to the thrift store and most of the thrift store stuff ended up in my storage unit. and major communication issues.
nightmare hustlers. We ended up with three times increased bill that we had to pay BEFORE UNLOADING for some reason!!! 

  I am strongly recommend to all customers who attend to use them check BBB, Yelp, Google, Ripoff reports for that company first ,,, before you even call them. There is already a lot of negative info about them. Do not waste your time, money and nerves on them! Hire somebody else.
  This company does not worth even that ONE STAR!
