Green Minded Solar paying for service that is not operational Dunedin Florida

My husband and I purchased solar panels for our home in May of 2017. To this day it is not operational despite multiple attempts to company. This process has been a nightmare. First they did not notify us of the time that they would be here to install. They showed up when we were out of the state. Our neighbors called to tell us they were here. I have dogs in my home and my neighbor had to come lock them up in our house for these people. They were very rude to my neighbors. Our dogs had been locked up in the house for hours with no ability to go out for bathroom purposes. Finally our neighbor told them that they had to let the dogs out. When we came home from our vacation the breaker for our kitchen had been tripped so we lost all food in the refrigerator and freezer. Green minded Solar did send a reimbursement check for that. However the system was not "on". It took several unanswered phone calls.

About 2 weeks later they finally called my husband. My husband requested that a technician come to our home to check on it. They declined and had some one call my husband to walk through the set up process. This should have been done prior to them leaving our home in the first place. We then received our electric bill which had doubled. We had previous solar panels prior to the addition of more and now neither system is working. Again several attempts made to contact Green Minded Solar with no return calls back. Our next electric bill came which was almost doubled again. The statement stated that we were not generating any solar power at all even though the panel said we did. According to the electric company the solar energy is not going to the meter. Again several unsuccessful calls made to Green Minded Solar.

Finally we received a call from them and they advised my husband to contact another person to discuss. Now this person wants to charge us to come check out the system as he does not work for Green Minded Solar. So we are paying on a loan on something that does not work! My husband and I are so over this ordeal. We are getting nowhere with the owners.
