In Oregon we had only a single client, and that single client is referenced later in your report about raising capital without a license, which is the Oregonian article you referred to. That investigation has since concluded with us not being accused of fraud through undeniable evidence that we provided to the Oregon Department of Consumer Affairs. Here’s the final report:

But let’s address your report concerns. First you say we claim years of experience and we certainly have that, there is no doubt. We have won many licenses in many states, most recently two processing licenses in the state of Maryland that was a much more difficult licensing application process than Oregon.

No remorse or care? Our core values we stand for are integrity, innovation, stewardship, diversity, and unity. We definitely care about our brand, customers, and service to the industry from our local community to the global cannabis industry at large. We have many industry customers, relationships, and peers who will say the same qualities about our team and company.

With Oregon, there is no deadline on your opportunity. Your natural limitations are correctly zoned real estate and/or banned counties. So how could we have missed your deadline? So if our company had only worked with a single client on any licenses in the state of Oregon, how could have we screwed your application up? We never received any attorney litigation documents or settlement agreements from anyone in Oregon. Therefore we haven’t settled with anyone for any type of damages in which you are stating. We would have remembered a fifty thousand dollar settlement!
