Green Smoke Electronic Cigarette They send me defective batteies over and over, customers service NEVER responds back. returned my kit and 60 days later I have still not received a refund. Aventura, Florida

I ordered an electronic cigarette from Green Smoke about 2 months ago. BOTH my batteries arrived completely dead ! The package looked like it was returned by someone else and reshipped to me. One of the refill cartridges were even open, YES OPEN AND UNWRAPPED, that was disgusting ehh ! I tried for days to contact green smokes customer service, NO ONE answered the phone and my call went to a generic voice mail about emailing them. well I tried to email them 4 times !! I finally got a reply. They instructed me to send my kit back and they would send me a new one, I Specifically told them I didn't want a new kit and to refund my money. No response to my email about refunding my money AGAIN. So I decided to return my starter kit and hope for the best. I returned my kit and about 6 weeks later I received THE SAME KIT BACK with a note that said the batteries worked just fine and they are sorry about the opened refill Cartridge, and I quote "we forgot to wrap it" Wow, thats all I could manage to spit out of my mouth...Just Wow. So I tried to use the kit again and nothing happened again. No vapor, No power to the battery, NOTHING ! On top of that, they forgot to mail me back the usb charger that came with the kit originally. Please keep in mind that this is now week 7. I tried for another 2 weeks to get a refund and no one at the company would answer the phone or my emails. I am so diappointed and blown away that this is the world we live in, I was diagnosed with emphysema and all I wanted to do was to quit smoking. There is at least a happy ending my horrible experience with green smoke !! I did quit smoking, and I did end up receiving a electronic cigarette that worked like a charm:) I did some homework on the internet (which is what I should have done in the first place!) and I found a company called the safe cig. They are night and day compared to the crooks at green smoke. Moral of my story, do research before you buy something. And if anyone at Green smoke is reading this, Shame on you...People count on you and you obviously don't care about anything except to making a sale.
