Green Solutions Property Services LLC GS-PS LLC THIS COMPANY DOESN'T PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED!! Destin, Florida

Our company was contacted in Feb. 2012by GS-PS, Theresa Scafidi, to perfom work on a property in Illinois. Theresa was very pushy on getting the work done. We completed the work, submitted all paperwork & sent completion. No payment was received, our services were performed & due upon completion.  I contacted Theresa Scafidi several times via email & her response repeatedly was: this is in accounting.
In March of 2012, we received a letter from GS-PS signed by Taleinna Simon stating the following:
"Dear ABC Construction & Restoration, We are writing this letter to acknowledge that we are late paying you. We are currently experiencing financial difficulty due to the receipt of late payments from our clients. We appreciate the service that you've provided to our company, and it was our intention to pay you propmtly, according to our written agreement. We did not forsee this finanical bind, and we are working diligently to remedy the sitation.

We apologize for not keeping our agreement. Please know that we will be paying you as soon as we are paid.
