When customers call into their 1-800 number to notify them that they are receiving unwanted merchandise and illegal charges on their credit card. Natural Body Scape is not PCI Compliant which is required by law to protect and secure the customers confidential information and the credit card issuers information that's being processed. They obviously are not HIPPA compliant which encrypts and protects data that is sent across and outside of their network. Natural Body Scape refuses to issue the fraudulent charges back to the card holder. They suggest that you bring legal litigation and contact your credit card company and tell them that you were a victim of fraud. When in reality you should be able to contact the originating company of this situation and they should be happily to credit your card back. Most credit card companies take 30-60 days to process a stolen or an illegal charge on your credit card. Where Natural Body Scape / Green Tea FIT has a 10 day trial period and then you have to dispute even more charges on your card.
