Green Tree Services mortgage payment needs to be sent certified for proof of date recieved,otherwise they will hold the payment till it`s late federal way, Washington

I found out the hard way that when i mail my mortage payment that it needs to be sent certified and signed for by a Green Tree employee otherwise thay will hold it long enough so that thay can charge you a late fee or possably start foreclosure,as they did on me.Vincent A ,the agent who controls my loan started a premature foreclosure on me and said i mailed it to the wrong office,so to bad,so sad he said.They had my check in house but said the wrong house.

There are records there that prove my payment was recieved but they somehow must have buried them so i had to pay close to $4000.00 in legal fees they claim they paid out.Now,every month i have to go to the post office and spend extra money to mail my payment certified just to prove what day they recieved it.I am glad there are at least 2 class action lawsuits against them as we speak and hope to get a piece of the action or at least all the extra money they have charged me thus far.They have made my homeowning experience a nightmare !
