Green Tree Servicing, Conseco, Green Tree LLC National City Mortgage absolute crooks tried to take my house from under my feet Internet

Green tree acquired my loan feb 1 2013,
 They told me the account would be set up by the 5th
Then the account would be set up by the 10th Then the account would be set up the 14,  On the 15th  I tried to make my payment and low and behold i still can NOT make a payment Their computer system is down  BS i was logged in at the time of the call. Their system would not accept payments but they would accept my payment over the phone However it would cost me $12.00 to make my payment .
So now they expect me to pay $12.00 for the right to pay by mortgage payment.  Not going to happen
What I need is the name of a lawyer or legal firm so that I can start a class action law suit against Greentree Services any other info would be helpfull   thanks wm

There are several attorneys gathering information for a possible punitive class action lawsuit agains the rogue mortgage and collection company , Green Tree Servicing . There are literally thousands of complaints lodged against this company on consumer sites all over the internet . I have some suggestions when doing business with green tree . Send all mail to them registered mail . Tape record all calls with their collection agents . Google, Green Tree Scam . Green Tree Fraud and Green Tree Complaints to view all other similar complaints . After receiving more than 162 million in taxpayer dollars for the Making Home Affordable Mortgage Modification Program , they have paid out a dismal 7 million dollars in 4 years . This is fraud and contrary to their agreement with the federal government . Give them hell folks . They deserve it .

I am curious as to the outcome of your legal proceedings. I too had a run-in with Green Tree. After the death of my husband, they sold my house out from under me. I hired an attorney who was able to save my house. It cost me a pretty penny. My attorney sued Green Tree to recover some of the costs incurred due to their illegal processing. My attorney was unable to recover any of my costs because Green Tree filed for bankruptcy in February 2011. I am hoping you fared better in your case.
