Working for green valley security was by far THEE WORST company i have ever worked for. After working there for 6 years making a whopping 7 dollars an hour i was dumbfounded when they started HIRING people at 8 dollars an hour and refused to raise my pay to AT LEAST that. They said they could give me a raise to 7.50 per hour. What kind of BS is that. The onwer Jeff Sellers frequents strip clubs (saw it with my own eyes) and puts money he should be paying his employees in the g strings of the dancers. Not sure if they have direct deposit now but back then we had to pick up our checks with a TWO hour window of 2pm to 4pm. working the graveyard shift it was very difficult to be up by that time when we got off at 9am. If you were late by even ONE minute they would say "sorry the checks are locked up in the safe"
I was working an a jobsite in a not so good part of town and my personal truck was broken into by a lowlife scumbag and they smashed out the window. The guy took all my stuff, which wasnt much, because of the low wage i was being paid didnt allow for anything except existing in this world. It barely covered that to be honest. When i asked if i could get the window replaced they said they werent responsible for that because i was the guard on property. I ask you this...how can i watch my vehicle when i am diligently patrolling the rest of the property? Am i supposed to NOT watch the property and just sit on my truck? DO NOT work for green valley security, it will be the worst mistake of your life. If this helps ONE person from not working in that hell hole it will be well worth it.

J.Sellers hasn't owned Green Valley for over 7 years. $8.00 for a security position is what the job pays ... Perhaps if you didn't agree with the pay you should have considered switching careers .?? I worked on & off for GVS for many years as a part time employee they have always been very fair and accommodating to my needs & always have a open ear if you had any concerns or questions. You Sir sound like a old bitter employee ... This is a great company that has been around for over 20 years in the valley.

As with all security companies they are not good companies to work for. You will NOT get ahead in the company and pay raises are non existent and if you do happen to get a raise it will be ONCE because they can just "find" a reason to get rid of you and hire someone else at minimum wage. Its just the nature of the beast. Jeff Sellers might not be the owner of Green valley security anymore, probably due to working his employees at minimum wage while the clients pay upwards of 30 bucks an hour. Im sure he is sitting in hawaii on the beach living it up off the sweat that WE the employees worked our butts off and he reaped the rewards. Im also quite sure the NEW owner of Green Valley Security is hiring at or just above minimum wage. Keep reaping those rewards. Like the bible says, the MEEK shall inherit the earth. So when there are no police because noone is working and paying taxes because there are no more jobs here in the US. I will be the one taking back what is rightfully mine from people like JEFF SELLERS and other business owners that make 30 bucks and hour off of clients and pay us 9 and hour. So when there are no police just remember i will be the one in your (wait) MY house and taking back MY stuff. :)
