Green Web Assist Will not refund my $524 after a scam attempt was made on me using info they had from my account with them Internet

Only a few weeks after I signed up for lifetime tech support, I got a call saying the company was closing and my money would be refunded. They wanted access to my bank account to make the deposit.

What they did was take $10,000 out of my equity line account, deposit it into my checking account saying that the deposit was an error and I had to return the $10,000 to them by wire from my bank. They instructed me to NOT mentiion any details to the bank, just wire the money.

I went to my bank, told them everything, and the theives waited over an hour for me to complete the expected wire transfer. Of course I never sent them any money.  When I told them they were theives, they called me filty names and hung up.

I got an email saying they were refunding my money, but they have not and I am sure will not. 

I thought I was doing business with Brother Printers.
