Green Works Safe Step Safe Guard SCAM COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE San Ramon, California

My mother recently had a walk in tub installed by this company. My mom is a single elderly women who lives alone. I travel a lot due to my work and I was away on business when my mother purchased this walk in tub. When I returned she told me about what she bought and when she told me how much she paid for it I was in complete shock and very upset that someone took advantage of my mom. They charged her 17,800 for a TUB!!!!! After several weeks of calling this company, someone finally got on the phone.

The gentlemen was not helpful what so ever and basically told me that its not his problem that we are having buyers remorse (which is not the case). Shortly after this conversation my mom calls me to tell me that her tub in leakig. We immediately called the company and it was like trying to pull teeth to get someone to come out. Finally someone came out a few days later told us that he needed a part and never returned.

I called the city where we live to see if there was something that could be done about this company and after informing them of the work that was done they told me that building permits were suppose to be pulled which none was for our address. We are now working with our attorney, and the CSLB  to try and resolve this horrible nightmare. I hope by posting this it prevents another elderly person from being taken advantage of. And for those like my mother, who have unfortunately been taken by this company, to come forward and file a complaint with the contractors state license board ASAP.
