GreenCare Lawn and Landscape Johnathan Farmer STOLE $1000 Installed wrong Busches which was much cheaper and did the worst Job Crowley Texas

I live in FRISCO, TX and I wish I could give Zero Stars. Jonathan Farmer from GreenCare was hired to install 6 Taylor Junipers. He said he takes 50% deposit and I was very uncomfortable in giving a cash deposit due to past experiences in people running off. Anyway, I told him I would only pay credit card deposit and the rest in cash upon install.  He was supposed to install 4 foot tall Taylor junipers and also 6 Rose of Shor Pillars.  The day for install comes and he brings 2 guys who the whole time complaining about how cheap he was and didn't pay them much.  They couldn't understand proper spacing and planted the trees anywhere they wanted some were 8 feet apart some 6 feet apart (I didn't notice until the next day).  After he finishes up he tells me about how the credit card processor is holding the money and it's causing him problems. I feel bad so I say cancel the charge and I'll give cash.  The next day I take a better look at the trees and they are not Taylor Junippers they are Blue Point Junnipers which are much cheaper and sold at Home Depot for $40 (he charged me $180 per Taylor Juniper).  Not only that but there are 2 types of Bushes. He brought the wrong kind of Rose of Sharon and I immediately declined those.

He had all my money and kept promising to fix it. Wouldn't answer my calls and kept making excuses. My worker broke his ankle, Had to help a neighbor, can't get the right bushes.  Even after I told him where they were in stock He kept lying. He stole $1000 and is completely a deceptive person with no morals at all. I'll be filing a court claim and see him in court if he shows up -- if not I'll get a judgment against him and get the sheriffs to go and execute a writ. I am so sad there are thieves like this thief preying on homeowners.  

Everyone knows Karma is a B#### and I hope Jonathan Farmer gets what's coming to him.  Either way, I do not plan on letting this go and will file charges with the court.  The main nursery in the area has already blacklisted his company and they are telling me they will pass on our complaint to other Nurseries.  I had to purchase the Correct Bushes for $1400 on top of what Greencare stole from me.
