In March of 2004 I entered into a contract with these so called business people to build a custom motorcycle. I forwarded $23800.00 to them in good faith to do so. To this date I have not received 1 penny of my hard earned money back. I have spent over $3000.00 dollars fling up to missouri and going to court. I won in court and have now been awarded a Judgement
and have hired an attornry to try and collect the monies.
These Characters are doing business on Ebay and I think people need to know. You can visit a website www.greenecountymo.org and go to circuit court and put in there last name and you will see what I wished I would have seen.
What they do not understand is I will bring them to Justice!
It is a Matter of Principle.

I entered the same contract situation as described and received a custom chopper built by Chris Ferrell/Greene County Choppers without any problems, tricks, or debauchery. In fact, I have purchased more product from this company a year later,and even visited the shop during a vacation recently. It is a legitimate business and they are being delineated here as some sort of criminals.

I talked to Chris about the situation and he led
me to believe he wanted to work it out.
As usual I wanted to believe him.{i do not know why} He said he would call but did not.I will not talk any longer but it will be settled in the near future.

Mr David Sasser was a customer of Greene County Choppers Inc. We were in the process of building his motorcycle and admittedly behind schedule, when Mr Sasser took it upon himself to believe we were "ripping him off".
His first action was to bid on another Bike we had listed on EBay just so he could leave a negative on our feedback rating. This was a totally new and separate purchase from the contract he had previously had with us outside of EBay.
Due to his actions we are now in the process of counter suing him for the purchase of the second motorcycle, Defamation of Character, Hinderence of Business Practices and lost sales. Every customer we have has received their motorcycle in due course and he would have also.
At the time of his filing a lawsuit we were three weeks from completion, but he refused the bike. Yes we lost in court but that was because we either owed him a motorcycle or his money back.
There is no dispute from us on that at all. The only dispute we have now concerns his actions that have hurt us and our other customers finacially.
