There are 2 rules that consumers should never forget when faced with whether or not to put any faith into an unexpected financial windfall: 1) you don't get something for nothing and 2) if you do not recall submitting an entry into a contest, lottery or sweepstakes, then you can bet on it being a fruadulent enterprize of the desparate and unscrupulous.
