As I read the bottom portion in the checkoff box it stated: I AUTHORIZE delivery of my GUARANTEED CASH WINNINGS and 1,978,779,77 payout directives and have included $25.00 payable to GMF.  First of all, why am I receiving money from another country and second I have to pay before taxes.smh
