Yes, I received a check for 3,987.85,after numerous tries of calling the # .I found on the internet the fradulent report, the memo form and the check come w/ your name ,address ,authencity watermark,micro-printing,& colord background ,I hope this helps someone else, & to catch these so called individuals that are definately federal working artists,for lack of better titles.(((ROR REDACTED)))
