Greenfield Online Money owed for completing surveys online. ripoff Wilton Connecticut

I have been completing online surveys for this marketing research company for over 5 years. Greenfield recently had an IPO and also acquired several other marketing companies.

Since that time, it has become increasingly difficult to collect promised monetary incentives. Their web site states that checks will be received within 6 to 8 weeks after they have been requested. However, it is taking about 3 months to receive checks, and then the checks only arrive after numerous (sometimes ignored)emails.

I am currently owed almost $100 and was just notified from a customer service representative that my checks would take an additional 2-3 weeks because Greenfield was experiencing "internal impediments."

I thoughtfully complete all the surveys in a timely manner and would greatly appreciate receiving the promised incentives.
