This company telemarketed me for a refi in late january. The person who called Michael Santoli is a typical telemarketer tring to get his quota for the month. He offers no services...just lies and deception. he told me this would be an easy process and it turned into a nightmare. He said I would only need a copy of my insurance information and a copy of a bank staement. 4 weeks later they are still asking for documents. I dont mind suppling information for a loan...but when you a re told you are refing thru the same company and the loan I have is 5 years old already...REALLY????? This place needs to be investigated by the FBI!!! That happens to be the next place Im filing a complaint with!!! I want all my information deleted from there database and never to be contacted by them again!!!
