On July 12,2012 I ordered a steering part for my John Deere tractor. My Paypall account was immediately debited and after 2 weeks the wrong part arrived. The part came from a second company (Rungreen.com) and I noted it did not fit my tractor. I attemted to contact each of the companies numerous times via email ... NEITHER COMPANY HAS A PHONE NUMBER. After numerous emails neither company would take ownership of the transaction. They finally wore me down and I gave up playing their well practiced  game. 

Nobody sold the item, nobody shipped the item .... but Paypal was debited. I have taken the part to a welding shop and will have it altered.

DO NOT deal with these 2 companies if you value your time or sanity.

ps. I have a transaction number and reference number  ... goody for me.

Unfortunately this customer is well off base. While he did place an order with us, as with many online orders the minute you place an order the money is taken out of PayPal. He ordered a drag link thinking it was supposed to be the steering link. We shipped the product ordered via FEDEX Smartpost to the address provided.

He also did contact us both on our parts site (www.getgreenparts.com) and our merchandise site (www.rungreen.com) in which we responded to him both times. Not only did we respond via email, but we also talked to him on our live chat feature on our rungreen.com website. We attempted to explain to him that the product he ordered is, in fact, the incorrect part for his application. We even went as far as to try and get him the correct part, but would not answer us with information needed in regards to the correct part. No further correspondence was given on his behalf and we considered the issue closed.

In regards to the order taking 2 weeks to arrive; the product was ordered on the 12th and shipped on the 16th. Our shipping page details that orders will take 7-10 business days. He chose our "Free Shipping" option which is by far our fastest option available.

Our phone number is listed on our contact page on our rungreen.com website, and our about us page clearly shows that both companies are "one in the same."

PS- I also have a transaction number and a tracking number with delivery confirmation.....

While I do feel for this customer I must rebutt this complaint. Our web site GreenPartStore.com is a competitor of Rungreen.com and would not use them to ship our orders. We are in no way affiliated with this company. You must have us mistaken for GetGreenParts.com which is the parts web site of the same company that owns RunGreen.com. You will find our toll free phone number listed boldly on all pages of GreenPartStore.com. Ken, as I told you by email you have us mistaken for this other company.
