GreenSmoke E-Vapor Deceptive Dover Delaware

In the mail I was offered an opportunity to try Green Smoke E-Vapor program to quit smoking.  In their offer they said I can get the $11.99 e-vapor kit for $ 1.00, all I had to do was go to the store that was listed to pick up the product.  I went to rite-Aid and was told that they never heard of GreenSmoke, has no intentions on carrying the product, I was shocked.  I called and emailed the company and told them of the problem with their offer, I received an email from Haley Gibson of GreenSmoke and she told says that they are aware that their product is not available at all stores, she told me to call 888-224-1345 and she will send me 2 batteries a $ 33.00 dollar savings, the phone number is not in service.  So I called the main company number at 888-980-1700 spoke with a man named David, when I told him what was happening, and the problems with their product.  I gave him my full name as it appears on the offer, and he told me that they don't have me anywhere in their system, I offered him my customer # that is on the envelope and he told me that if I was given a customer number I must have ordered from them before, I clearly told him that I never heard of GreenSmoke, and I would never just order a product that I  don't know anything about.  When I told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and the PA Attroney Generals office, he was doing everything he could to get me not to file a complaint, when he did that a lighting bolt hit me and said this is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
