My name is Patricia Carr, I purchased a 1989 Palm Harbour mobile home in June of 1998 and financied it through Greentree / Conseco. I have never been late or missed a payment. Every month they keep applying less and less toward my principal.
This past month I got a statement that said that out of a $130.52 payment. I make each month that 21.68 goes to principal and 108.84 goes to interest. As I stated earlier I have never been late or missed a payment in 6 years; every statment says something different, even though I make the same exact payment every month.
So, I have decided that they have gotten the last dime from me. They can come and get the trailer. They will not get one more penny out of me.
