GreenTree, LLC. Claiming they don't receive payments. Claiming they are suspending payments and we MUST remit another payment in full immediately. Collection agent cussing and talking dirty to my teen daughter on the phone when he was harrassing and calling over a dozen times per day. Charging us over $1100 in legal fees for nonsense such as phone calls regarding their innappropriate behavior. etc., etc., etc St. Paul Minnesota

Over 3 years of unprofessional business with GreenTree. As mentioned by many others, these people are fake. They have ignorant speaking and rude acting people posing as collection agents and company attorneys. My REAL Attorney called and spoke to these people and was in shock after seeing first-hand how horribly they represent a business. She suggested filed suit so if every one of you would join with us...we can get it done. Class Action or personal...whatever it takes to stop this outrageous excuse for a business.

The instant GreenTree purchased our account from Bombardier a few years ago we started receiving collection calls from Amos McDonald telling us that we were $1600 in default and we had to remit that amount immediately. I told him that we had already sent our $1600 to Bombardier because we had NO idea that we had been sold to GreenTree. He said our payment was suspended because it went to Bombardier instead of them therefore we are in default with them. I immediately called our attorney and she said NO. He can NOT suspend our payment.

That was settled after several phone calls and faxes. Only to continue for 3 more years with more outrageous forms of bad business...too much to type here.

The latest is just this past 2 months where we have been charged over $1100 in legal fees for being 1 month behind. We got current very quickly and they persisted in filing court dates and repo notices and such just so they could charge us these unreal legal fees. I adore our retained attornets and I know they deserve every penny they get...but this GreenTree and their attorneys are bogus and need to be stopped. Mainly because they never charged a penny in the past 3 years...so why come up with these bogus charges now?

Help me get this info on the media, the internet, and in the homes of all us victims.
