GreenTree Servicing LLC Aka Conseco very unprofessional, asking people who answer my phone to identify themselfs and telling us you get out in 72hours charging more money then really due. This is America I thought! Rabid City, South Dakota

Where do I begin. For 9 years now we have been told that they will come get our home in 72 hours and put a boot on our door, not even being behind but paid within the month each time.

I feel as if maybe HomeLand Security should look at this company. What kind of America are we living in when you
stress out over being threatend, harrassed, bullied and just being told to go and get a job even though your sick like they did my wife.

This is like a nightmare Ive paid on a home for years and the whole time I have been threatend. What i cant figure out is why so many different people call telling you you owe different amounts and there is a bunch of addresses too.

This company has changed their name but they have the same low down tactics. Seems like they let people pay so much on it then they work towards making it hard on you and one they start repossession knowing some of us live paycheck to paycheck and cant afford attorneys, they then put you out resell it and start it all over again.

We have tried to talk to this company. They become abusive and yes I agree CLASS ACTION SUIT! U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL NEEDS TO HELP FAST. Seems like they have done this to alot of different people in a lot of different states.

This is my suggestion they should be made to hand over the title and deeds to each property customer for years of harrassment and threats of putting us out of our homes and then no buisnesses would ever do these tactics ever again.
