my husband passed away in may of 2004. I had trouble with my mortgage payments but did manage to pay it up to date with two thousand dollars which was suppose to stop the foreclosure that was due to go into effect on Sept. 3rd. 2004. I was told it would be stopped. I fell behind again sent them another thousand dollars in Novemeber. Thinking I was doing alright. Then again I fell behind I just sent them another fifteen hundred dollars. Got a statement a week ago telling me I was still $400.00 behind no problem had planned on sending to them on Friday March 11.2005. Get a bill telling me I'm now behind again by 1500.00. okay so what is going on. Now I get served with papers telling me I'm trespassing because my house has been sold to the highest bidder. So can someone please tell me what is wrong with this picture because the house was sold or gone into foreclosure Sept. 3,2004 after I was told it would be stopped. I need some answers please.
