Greenview Homes, LLC and Yuri Birg - Another disgruntled customer - Lincolnshire Illinois

Do not do business with Greenview, you will regret it.  We contracted with Greenview in the fall of 2013 to build us a house.  In 17 months we only have two floors framed, with multiple errors to date.  Greenview failed to turn in our permit for months while telling us it was with the village, they screwed up our plans multiple times, they eventually got a set of plans approved with the village with changes that we were not aware of, they screwed up the foundation pour of both our house and are garage causing us to lose square footage and garage roof height, they were unable to get issues resolved with ComEd and Comcast to route overhead wires underground for months at a time until my wife took care of it.  They took reimbursement from our title company for money they allegedly paid ComEd, but their check to ComEd bounced.  They don't return calls, emails, or texts for weeks at a time.  There are multiple other home owners in the same situation as us, some of whom are suing Greenview currently.  Too many issues over the past 15 months to mention them all here.  They are overwhelmed, understaffed, dishonest, uncaring, and incompetent.  See the other ripoff report on Greenview as we have had many of the same issues as them.
