Greenwood Towing, Inc. Scum Bags praying on innocent people, McDonald's Restaurant Baltimore City Towing Scam, praying on innocent out of town visitors. They hang out like vultures where they know there is insufficient parking. Then tow leaving you stranded in the city. $330.00 / half hour Baltimore Maryland

I was visiting the Amtrac Facility as a vendor to provide Engineering Services. After the site visit, not knowing our way around we went to the shopping center at the Fort Foundrey center for lunch. All of the parking spaces were taken in front of the Cipoltle and Starbucks. We pulled out into the larger parking area where we thought it was a common parking area and did not see the camoflaged signs that so well blend in with the invironment. The signs could atleast have some read lettering spelling out (warning) privot parking.

I happen to follow a police car over to that area and parked beside him. I then followed him over to the Chipolet stood behind him to make my order. Went to the bathroom came out and my car was gone. They did not tow the police car. Once i went to where my car was the police car was gone and I then saw the sign. I called the number on the sign. My car wasn't even there yet but was informed I would need $330.00 cash to get my car.

So here I am with no car a customer and an engineer. The Engineer and myself are from out of town PA. and Del. We had to get a Taxi for our selves and the young College girl whom also was towed and did not see the signs.

People should not be treated like this even if there is a sign. Placing a sign doesn't make it OK to take advantage of other people and charge these huge rip off prices. At least we were men but the young girl was vunerable and this type of activity praying on innocent victims could lead to horrific consequences when someone is stranded downtown Baltimore, in an area like the location of this tow company.
