Greenworld Environmental Center Chris Rose ripoff and con artist Niles Michigan

1. Allegation:        “Chris Rose, has different names”

FACTS: This statement is baseless and inherently FALSE. Personally, Chris Rose has only one name that he has used forever. Chris has NEVER used an alias. His friends occasionally call him nicknames. “Mr. Anonymous” is obviously not a “friend”. “Mr. Anonymous” is a separated ex-employee without the guts to disclose who they are because they know what the consequences of their actions would be for baseless defamation & slander. “Mr. Anonymous” needs to study up on their basic grammar & spelling.

2. Allegation:        “he has conection with City Officials”

FACTS: Chris Rose does in fact, have many connections with local, state and federal officials due to the many people his enterprises touch and because Chris Rose believes it is critical that every person be an active part of the political process. This includes supporting good people across political parties in a non-partisan manner whenever he is asked or a need is made known that he can support.

3. Allegation:        “He gets large contracts with City”

FACTS: Chris Rose and/or the companies he operates have never been awarded a contract by any city. The companies Chris Rose operates are awarded contracts based solely on the competitive bid process.

4. Allegation:        “ripoff his employees and customers”

FACTS: This statement is baseless and inherently FALSE. Chris Rose and his associated companies have sold products & services valued at over One Hundred Million($ 100,000,000.00) Dollars and have employed over 10,000 people. In over 35 years of business working with Leading Global Corporations & Government and employing thousands of people, Chris Rose and/or his companies have never, in thirty-five years, had a dispute that wasn’t worked out amicably between the parties after discovering all the facts.   

 5. Allegation:        “With his big shot lawyers he has saved himself from many law suits”

 FACTS: Chris Rose has over 35 years of serial entrepreneurial experience, founded and sold business in over a dozen corporations in different business sectors including Agricultural/Municipal  Commodities, Construction, Distribution(both Domestic & Internationally), Facility Services Integration, Logistics, Manufacturing, Real Estate and associated commodities/products/services. Most of the corporations are vertically integrated and cross sell to a variety of customer requirements. Chris Rose’s companies have bid over One Billion Dollars in products/services all over the US and internationally. Every business owner, in every state, requires Counsel that is familiar with the laws specific to that state and the specific business. When you do business with International Corporations it is important to have Counsel that is equal to what your business partners employ. All businesses also require “Specialists” in the type of law required at the at moment including Contract Law, Government Law, H/R Law, Patent Law, Real Estate Law, Union Law, etc. to name just a few.

If you call those “Big Shot Lawyers”, yes, Chris Rose and/or his companies, employ 12+/- Law Firms at any time and over 100+/- attorneys that specialize in working through disputes so that business partners and team members can move forward in a productive manner and prevent litigation that is costly for all both emotionally and financially.        

 6. Allegation:        “and if no way out, he flles banckrupcy”

FACTS:This statement is baseless and inherently FALSE. Chris Rose personally and/or NONE of his companies                     have EVER filed Bankruptcy. This statement is also defamatory & slanderous.  

7. Allegation:         “He shows himself as a big shot businessman and hires people”

FACTS: Chris Rose and his companies have hired over 10,000 people and continue to hire 150+/- new team members every year. All of Chris Rose’s companies have H/R professionals that perform the job, posting/s, pre-interview calls, interviewing, skills testing, hiring, on-boarding, orientation, initial training and continuing education. Chris Rose rarely is involved in any H/R process except as it relates to Executive openings.   

 8. Allegation:        “gets away with not paying them & breaking contracts just by playing with words and contracts words”

FACTS: In over thirty-five years & hiring over 10,000 Team Members, Chris Rose and/or his companies have learned that the best relationships begin with a clear understanding of Team Member accountability and employ employee documentation & orientation requirements that provide a clear & objective understanding of both Team Member & Company expectations & requirements. We train Team Members with the expectation & knowledge that performance metrics will be utilized to deliver consistent service for our clients. We take all terminations very seriously and continuously work to enhance and improve Team member orientation, training, continuous education and Coaching when a Team Member professes a desire to improve & continue employment in spite of non-performance.        

 9. Allegation:        “He hired me as a manager for his drivers and he refused to sign a contract because he is so busy”

FACTS: this statement is baseless and inherently FALSE. Refer to FACTS from Response items 7 & 8.

10. Allegation:        “He got 500k in advance to buy all equipments and another 500k to do the job”

FACTS: This statement is baseless and inherently FALSE. See Response item 3. Chris Rose and/or none of his companies have ever received $ 500,000.00 in advance of any contract for equipment.  

To summarize, Chris Rose and/or Chris’s associated business enterprises have been in business for over 35 years, generating products/services value of over One Hundred Million Dollars ($ 100,000,000.00). The H/R Resources at these business enterprises have hired & trained over 10,000 Team Members and provided these people with income and financial stability for them and their families along with training them with new skillsets that many have used as a springboard for greater opportunities. Many have been inspired to become business entrepreneurs on their own and Chris has even helped many of them build their new small businesses by providing them with subcontracted work when they were just getting started.  

With over 10,000 team members hired, it is inevitable in the workforce environment that some people do not function at the expected norm and are not compatible with a corporate culture that requires measured performance expectations. These disgruntled ex-employees or anyone unhappy with the business are able through the internet and social media platforms like Facebook, among many others, to publish anonymous, damaging, defamatory statements under the cover of “First Amendment rights” (“freedom of speech”) with absolutely no requirements that the statements be “fact checked” in any manner.
