Hello my name is Freddy **** I would like to tell you about my coaching experience with Greg Davis (aka 50k a day man super affiliate rock star). On July 1, 2011, I was taken out of work for 1 year because I have a lung disease (Interstitial lung disease/ restrictive lung disease) that needed immediate medical attention to get the condition under control because I am looking at a lung transplant in 6 months to a year, up to two years depending on which pulmonary specialists you are speaking to.
So I had been already researching for a while a business venture I could start with my wife so that she and my daughter would be financially secure if something should happen to me. What I found was network marketing, thus, my search for learning the business began and I found Greg Davis and his Newbie Diamond coaching program.
I contacted Greg and requested 2 references, I then made contact with the references and everything seemed to check out good on him. The cost of the course was $50,000 I told Greg I had $40,000 plus $5,000 for traffic he was ok with that and told me that he would run the campaign(s) for me and that we would also split the profits 50/50 and that we would recoup our investment he agreed to run the campaign(s) until we learned how to run them ourselves up to about 3 campaigns.
Greg emailed my wife and I an outline of the one on one class for us and with such excitement we joined, we wired $40,000 to Greg Davis only to be greatly disappointed..He is very disorganized, he did not follow his course outline and admitted he did not know exactly what to teach us it was like the blind leading the blind The first red flag was when Greg Davis said that he was going to teach my wife and I one on one then the day of our first webinar there was about 6 people in the class and one of the people was his wifes cousin ( I wondered if his wifes cousin payed what I payed to be in this class ? My other concern was, how was he going to run campaigns for all of us???) I did not want to make waves because he had my money so I did not say anything.
Greg started out teaching PPV he had a few webinars on the subject, one webinar a week for the first three weeks then, Greg broke the class up and told us that he would not have any more webinars, but instead, he would have a blog for his newbie class and send us videos. Greg went about three weeks with no videos (and he never started a blog for his newbie diamond coaching class) and finally said he was going to teach us what he does, because he does not use PPV instead he uses advertorials. He sent me one short video on it and that was it. He then went back to teaching PPV and when he did, as usual, he did not complete the training on it. He would go only as far as to show that he set the campaign up but never his results.
After about two weeks into Gregs Newbie Diamond coaching program course, Greg asked us to join My Talk Video because of the companies residual income and we could have long term income , Greg advised us to get three accounts so when we got other people under us we would get two checks vs one and on top of that Greg promised to put 5 people under us (Greg said to give him a month to get the 5 people) so we joined and of course, none of that happened. We joined under a person that was under him and in the end Greg never put the 5 people under us that he promised so we lost money there, h*ll Greg never put one person under us! He then had the nerve to brag about how he made $3,000 in two weeks.
After two and a half months Greg ran a skin care campaign for us on google and after about three days we were banned, I spent about $1800.00 of my money on keywords and we only made about $1400.00 so I was still in the negative with this campaign and Greg immediately the same day gave our campaign to a guy by the name of Mike and Mike and Greg made a lot of money on that campaign the reason I know this is because Greg gave me the password to the network that the campaign was running on so I could look at the campaign so imagine how we felt looking at the account and seeing Greg and the other student Mike making up to $33,000 in about two weeks! how would you feel if this happened to you?
Then there was a penny auction campaign he ran for us on Trafficvance and Mediatraffic, both went know were then he had us trying facebook and we submitted so many ads to facebook that they threaten to ban us (90 ads in one day my wife and I submitted) nothing was working, Greg then said that he would keep trying to get google accounts and every time we asked him what was going on with google he would just tell us the accounts keep getting suspended I then told Greg I wanted out of this because after four months I had no more money to spend on this and financially my wife and I were struggling , then Greg hit me with this one!
He would put up his money and he would make 75% and my we would make 25%!! We got fed up because after 4 months from Aug 2011 thru Dec 2011 we made no money with Greg. We just got deeper in a hole financially and he had nothing but excuses, his training was incomplete and to add salt to injury, he sent a video to my wife and I on how he was running campaigns for others and they were making money up to $56,000 a day! So we asked for a refund and he did not want to give it to us and finally he gave us $20,000 but we wanted a full refund and he said he doesnt give refunds and that giving us $20,000 was a gift from him to us,
After we got $20,000 we tried to reach out to Greg Davis and as politely as we could, tried to reach some kind of mutual and amicable agreement and told him we would settle for $15,000 of the $20,000 balance so he could keep $5,000. Greg then told me he was charging me $2,000 an hour and he gave me 10 hours of his time so he was going to keep $20,000. Greg Davis charged my wife and I $20,000 to show us incomplete videos of PPV and to tell us a little about advertorials, the info he gave us was less than you get from a $47.00 ebook with videos.
The last time my wife and I reached out to Greg Davis on facebook all we got was a reply that we would be hearing from his attorney and she would be handling this matter going forward ( I thought WOW!! Greg, you created this mess and now you want to run and get a lawyer). He didnt care that he didnt deliver what he promised or that I am ill and that this was part of my wifes retirement money and she used it because we thought he could help us make it grow..What Greg Davis did to us in our opinion was sheisty and cold hearted.
Greg came to Irvine California around the 21 of Oct as a guest speaker, part of his sales pitch to the audience was about how badly he wanted to make it in internet marketing, he went as far as intercepting his wifes new credit card that was for $25,000 and he used it to do internet marketing, well he blew all of the money on his wifes credit card in one month! My wife then said to me, If Greg could do that to his own wife, what would he do to us? Well we found out!! We are disgusted with this kind of business dealing.
Greg Davis what you did to my family was wrong!!!
P.S. Be careful of what you sign and dont wire money we learned that if you wire money you cant get it back, but if you use your Visa or mastercard the bank can return your money to you in this kind of a situation.

What REALLY Happened
AUTHOR: Greg - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, April 21, 2012
Most of what
Freddy has stated in this complaint is not true and I have done
my best to satisfy Freddy however he is not willing to even discuss
the issue and instead has taken to posting these untrue and
defamatory statements about me online.
Since the very beginning of our
discussion, I bent over backwards for Freddy. I did a few things I
wouldn't ordinarily do, and to be perfectly honest the reason I did
it was because he's black, as am I, and I wanted to help him because
of his health situation.
If I had been aware of Freddy's
complete financial state before we started, I would have not taken
him on as a client. Before he started Freddy and his wife went on a
lavish 2 week vacation (he sent me pictures) so I figured he was ok
financially.
Even though Freddy signed an agreement
saying the coaching fee was non-refundable, when he started
complaining and harassing me and I discovered he was not financially
stable I gave him $20k. I now realize I should not have given Freddy
the money as it did not help the situation but it was Christmas time
and I felt sorry for his situation. However, I spent a lot of time
coaching him, putting together campaigns for him, and fulfilling my
side of the agreement so he was not entitled to any sort of refund.
Before he started, I did my best to set
proper expectations. I now realize that Freddy was looking at the
coaching program as a get rich quick scheme, which it is not. His
goal was to make $20k/month from affiliate marketing, but he was a
newbie and had read about it but never ran a campaign. I told him
that starting from where he was it would take at least 6 months to
get to the point that he might be able to successfully make money
with affiliate marketing, and it would take an extreme amount of hard
work and focus to reach that goal.
Freddy's description of the coaching
program is very inaccurate. He was in my $50K Diamond coaching
program. The main component of that program is that the client learns
how to run affiliate campaigns from real campaigns we run together.
My philosophy is: I do, you watch, then you do, I watch, then you do.
The very attractive part of this is
that I run the campaigns for my students. They pay for the traffic
and we split the profits. Previous clients have earned over $1M from
this arrangement and this is a big part of why people pay $50K for
the program.
The newbie class Freddy was referring
to was a free extra and it was not a part of the coaching program. I
was in the process of creating a newbie training program so I thought
the Kobers could benefit from the additional training.
If you know anything about internet
marketing or business in general for that matter, you know that 99%
of the time you lose money at first because you don't know what will
work and what won't. This is clearly explained to all my students.
Freddy did not listen, was not willing to follow my coaching program
or to take the necessary steps and follow through. In the meantime, I
had two other coaching students who listened, followed my
instructions and made good money. Each students campaigns were
and always are separate. No other student benefited from Freddys
campaigns, but the other students definitely benefited from their own
campaigns as the other students made over $700K from running those
campaigns.
Here's the bottom line Freddy and
his wife are complainers and quitters. They quit at the worst
possible time, right when they were so close to making their
financial issues a thing of the past. The other two students I was
coaching at the same time have generated over $1M using the exact
same methods, training and skills learned through my coaching
program. The only difference is that they followed through and did
exactly what I told them to do. Freddy and his wife did not. They
could have made a lot of money too but they didn't because they
weren't willing to put in the time and effort to learn the business
and become profitable.
Anyone who says you can get rich quick
without working hard is lying. Making money on the internet is just
like any other business you have to work hard, invest your time,
invest your money, be patient, and then work even harder before you
see results. The Kobers were not willing to invest the time,
energy and money to become successful and rather than acknowledge
this fact they are instead trying to destroy my reputation online and
because of this I'm being forced to sue them for libel and
defamation. Posting these untrue statements about me and my business
has only made the situation worse as now I am forced to take legal
action in order to have these defamatory statements removed.
