We paid this company $4000 for a loan modification in October. We submitted all paperwork in October 2008. They sat on our paperwork and did not submit information to our bank until May. We were told to phone in every Monday for updates. First, they told us it would take 2 months.
Now, we have since been contacted by our bank denying our loan mod, First Erik Shirley, director of processing and operation @ feldman law center says they are still waiting to hear the outcome.
We requested to talk to someone and now they tell us that we are no longer allowed to talk to anyone and that they are awaiting for someone to be assigned to our case. I was just told yesterday, my case was assigned to a processing co for processing?????
I paid $4000, waited 6 Months to have a processing company save my house from foreclosure? As of today I still haven't talked to a real attorney at Feldman Law Center, I guess Steven Feldman the real attorney is always in court.......sure bastards!
When I called the state bar to file a complaint on July 9th, 2009 I was told Feldman Law Center, Erik Shirley, and Steven Feldman are under investigation for Deceptive Marketing, Fee Splitting and pending case against them.
I m glad I contacted the state bar! they are going to contact FeldmanLawCenter.com and help me get my money back!
Greg Feldman and Erik Shirley are not attorneys! They use to run a company called Network Capital Corp. (sub prime mortgage company) at the same address before Feldman Law Center. Check the dre web site!
I also found several law suites against Erik Shirley, drug, firearms, prostitution and felony charges against Greg Feldman on oc courts.
My sale date in 4 days! my kids and I have no where to go!!!! or any money saved. FeldmanLawCenter, Erik Shirley and Steven Felman took all my last savings.
