Greg Smith Equipment False Advertizing, Horrible Customer Service Newark Delaware

 I purchased (3) Atlas Garage Pro 9000 lifts, they all came with the wrong sized ramps. I contacted Anthony at Gregg Smith Equipment on 09/29/14 to inform him of the issue. Anthony said he would go out to his shop to see if he had the proper size ramps and would call me back. I called him 2 days later because he didn't call me back, he informed me that he did not have the advertised sized ramps and he would contact other dealers to see if they had them and would call me back. I called him a week later due to no call back and he said he was still waiting on other dealers to get back to him. I call back 2 weeks later again due to no return calls and he informed me that nobody had the proper size ramps. Anthony then agreed to see about getting the proper sized ramps made and sent to me, no returned calls, I called him many times, promised returned calls never happened, new ramps never received. Another call to him he finally agreed to have a company make an extension and he would call me when they were ready to be shipped, never called, never called me back, never received them. I called on 2/12/15 and Anthony said that I should have received them, I informed him that I had not and he said he would track them and call me right back, as of 2/18/15 still no return call. Horrible Customer service, actually NO customer service and false advertising of the product that they sell. The website says they are 36" ramps when they are in fact 32" ramps and my car hits due to the shorter ramps making it not usable with the ramps provided.
