This one you see was damaged in shipment by (UPS) United Parcel Service of America This was due to careless handeling by one of there employees.I have tried to get them to pay me for this damage and they will not pay me the full amount that I am asking for. I am entitled to be paid. I loaned these plaques to the ACDM in good faith, expecting nothing in retuurn and this is the way the Museum and UPS are treating me. To keep the record straight UPS did pay the ACDM $1009.00 As the museum is the one that insured them when they were shipped back to me.The Museum then sent me a check for $1009.00 of wich I have refused to sign and cash.This is far less money that I would be getting then I think they are worth more.

So this brings me to the museum and there responsibility to me. . There insurance company did pay me$10,000.00 wich was all they could pay me as the ACDM had neglected to fully insure my plaques while they were in ther care and custody. And this is why I am useing the internet to let people be aware of how the million dollor corporations can get away with what ordinary people would go to jail for. And maybe convince them that I have some rights under our form of government as well as they do.I want to let the Auburn Cord Dusenberg Museum and the United Parcel Service of America know that I will not give up untill I convince one or the other, UPS or ACDM. To pay me the money I have coming.
