This is how many people are involved in the taking of Ms. Edith ****'s home. This is what a 58 year old in disability retirement have against her. This is how the worst of the worse do their job. right from the start 1/14/2002 they already programmed the ****'s early demise. gave a Loan with an interest only 11.5% start rate, 21.75 cap in 1 year using the highest prime rate as index. and a 20 year Loan with a balloon payment of the same amount of her Loan- $192,000
This is mortgage fraud at its worst. A helpless widow gets to have all her money, equity and soon her home taken away by a person that funds the Republican party. Laughing at allegations for Lunch with his friends. Ms. **** now is a tenant to her own home. A Deed of Assignment of Rents was Made without her knowledge, eviction is imminent not foreclosure.
Of course they did not forget Mandatory Arbitration be signed by the borrower. Thinking they are protected by a piece of paper.
Ms. **** will be heard, justice will be served there is no way on earth people like these can prevail. Here or now.

Gregg's Artistic Homes forecloses the property, renders Edith Winn homeless. No remorse, no conscience, ALL GREED. A multi millionaire/developer, Club For Growth member- funds the Republican party Lawmakers. Does this give him the right to treat a human being the way he did? Is he above the Law? Taking a person's only place of dwelling like he needed another one to add to his lavish collection of mansions. Is this how low people get now because they are able to do so without contest?

What i got is a family that is basically being exposed to such. By this collaboration. There is no way that all we can do is read that nothing has been done. Even if people are wondering is there anything done? Watching people get killed and hurt is only for Hollywood., This is real life. This is happening. If you can only sit and watch then close shop dude. This is basically a Ripp off report for the past.
If you want to make a difference make a ripp off report to intercept, prevent and care. the past is called history and to keep on repeating history is bull. being able to spot the wrong and expose for others to read and feel sorry is like watching a movie where the director gets an award in the end for making people cry. This is real life bro and if all you can do is read then #@$$ you too.
