This company hides under many aliases. They call themselves "patient advocates". Here is what they specialize in. They find doctors who will provide medical services to their patients that are not "in Network" with their insurance carrier. Once they have an agreement with the doctor to handle their OON billing they start there exploitation of our healthcare system. The doctors, and the Maldonado's work together to bill the insurance carriers thousands, sometime hundreds of thousands of dollars for proceedures that should cost a few thousand tops. There business is top secret and all new hire must sign non disclosure...You name it agreements.
It very sad to see this kind of exploitation going on in our healthcare system. The fact that they and their doctors are getting away with it is beyond discernment. I've written my senator and my president.

On May 23, 2019, the Superior Court for the State of Arizona, Maricopa County entered a judgment in favor of American Surgical Development, LLC, Gregory B. Maxon Maldonado, and Advanced Reimbursement Solutions, LLC and againster the individual who made this post as a result of the statements in said post.

I am the author of Report # 1392976 that was posted on August 15, 2017. I am writing this response post in order to retract all of the statements that I previously made in the Report. The statements that I made in this Report are false and I now retract all of them. Specifically, the allegations I made about these companies' business conduct are untrue. On the contrary, these are reputable companies that provide quality service for their clients.
