Gregory Bennett Greg Bennett, Exit Bennett Realty bank fraud, deceptive practices, discrimination, unlicensed agent acting as broker, non-disclosure Greenbelt Maryland

Gregory Bennett invited me to his office located in Greenbelt to join Exit Bennett Realty under his sponsorship. He stated reimbursement will be paid through my first closed deal for the prepayment of Exit corporate fees, E&O, Board and MRIS fees.  Mr. Gregory Bennett revised the conditions of payment agreement; after I transferred my Real Estate license to his brokerage.  Per Broker of Record, he was not made aware I joined Exit Bennett Realty to pending sale at that time.   

Gregory Bennett's office administrator Amanda electronically withdrew funds from a joint account without consent belonging to myself and another individual. Request to return original paper check was not returned by his office. Gregory Bennett refused to resolve in the presence of the broker of record claiming ownership of all operations at his location. I later discovered Gregory Bennett's broker license was revoked by the Real Estate Commission.

Issue has not been resolved.
