GREYHOUND BUSLINES OVER FOUR YEARS AGO GREYHOUND LOST MINE AND MY MAMA'S LUGGAGE. FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY THE LUGGAGE WAS LOST, I CONTACTED THEM BY PHONE AND EMAIL. I WAS IGNORED ALL THIS TIME. DALLAS Texas

 Over four years ago greyhound misplaced mama's and my luggage. I have been trying from the first day until now to recover it. There are things in the luggage that can't be replaced with money. I just want the luggage back because it contains things that are dear to me that my Mama gave me, and things that belonged to Mama. My Mama died in 2009 and I have no more family. I contacted Greyhound about the missing luggage and gave them the numbers on our claim tickets.  I talked to them on the phone and by email.  I almost had the luggage back in Seattle, Wa. but all but one suitcase was sent back to Dallas. And the most important things to Mama and me were in one of the suitcases sent back to Dallas.

The person at the Seattle, Wa. bus station didn't want to let me have the one bag that was was still remaining, even though I had a claim ticket. Since my Mama died, the longer I am without the things that mean so much to me that are still not in my possession, the more depressed I become. All I want from Greyhound is our luggage. I want the things back that belonged to Mama and the things that Mama gave mme right after my Daddy died in 1981. This is how long I had some of the jewelry. And my heart is broken because I dont have the jewelry with me. I have no more family, the jewelry is all I have left of Mama. Please can someone help me?
