Greyhound Express in Alberta lost or stole my personal belongings. I needed a packaged shipped from Edmonton to Lethbridge, which isn't a far distance. In January 2016, the Greyhound employee who picked up my package for delivery did not supply a waybill or any tracking information for my package. After one month of not receiving my package, I began to call Greyhound to get more information. They were unable to help me and i repeatedly explained that the Greyhound employee who initially handled my belonings did not do their job and provide tracking information. In early March 2016, I submitted a refund application to Greyhound Corporate, but because I do not have a waybill, they are unable to provide me with compensation for my lost belongings, which, for all intents and purposes, I'm assuming was simply stolen by Greyhound employees. I was explained the process of tracking lost packages, which I now believe to be a load of hot air and simply a runaround from a company with no intention of helping me secure my belongings. Now, I do not have my belonings, and becaus of employee negligence and company laziness, I will not be recieving companesation. This is a double slap in the face, and very poor customer service. I will never again use Greyhound for shipping for the stress they have inflicted on my family. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy and I feel personally violated and lied to.
